Terms and Conditions
Our Check in time is 3 pm and Check out is at 10 am.
Our bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions and upon completion of your reservation, your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions acknowledges that you have read and understood these.
SECURING YOUR BOOKING
By booking online, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking – this blocks the booking within the calendar and cannot be booked by other parties.
You will be required to pay 100% of the booking up front. 24 hours after your checkout the security deposit will be returned, after confirmation of no damage to the property.
If the booking is cancelled:
Above four weeks then its 50% of the booking fee
Below four weeks then its 100% of the booking fee
Check in time is strictly 3 pm and check out time is at 10 am. Early check in and late checkout can be considered on an availability basis only.
CLEANING & DAMAGES
The property is provided to you in a clean and tidy condition. You agree to return the property in a clean and tidy condition, with all rubbish removed. Any damages caused by you during your stay, as well as any additional cleaning that may be required if the property is left in an unreasonable state, will be charged to you; either by deduction from your bond or charged to your credit card.
Please note, if you leave dirty dishes in the sink, excessive rubbish inside the property, dirty bbq, this can result in excess cleaning charges which will be passed on to you on actuals.
Our properties are completely non-smoking environments. There will be a $300 penalty if the properties are found to have been exposed to cigarette smoke.
There is an area outside on the patio area whereby you can smoke, but not inside the house. Please ensure that no cigarette butts are discarded outside in the garden.
As our properties are situated within a residential area, there are to be no parties or excessive noise. By confirming a booking in LP Stays you agree to not have any extra guests staying at the property. Visitors to the house must leave by 11 pm each night.
Pets/animals are not permitted at the property. If you, or others allow pets at the property you will be charged the full daily rate after you have vacated, up until the property and soft furnishings have been professionally cleaned.
These costs will be charged from your security deposit and we will in turn, provide you with all documentation relating to the cleaning.
Please return the key to the lock box and any key not returned at the conclusion of your stay will result in the locks being changed at your expense.
All guests are bound by the legal framework of Australia and therefore prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities, during the period of their stay at LPS.
LP Stays provides a safe and secure environment and therefore, you are wholly responsible for the safety of your belongings and of the house during the course of your stay.
Please ensure that when leaving the house, all electrical items eg air conditioning or heaters are turned off and that the house is locked via the deadlocks at the front door.
